Tim even came right away to try to find problem on Sunday to try to help me with my burning eyes ,nose ,nothing showed up on all the testing he does ,,,,he may do another kind of test yet , needs to ck with his lab ,, Is a big problem bad for me to be in house ,,,, Had tented 4 months ago ,,,problem now worst ,, Terrible ,,,,,will be hard to find ,, He is very nice understanding my issue is trying to help me ,, I highly recommend him ....

"Pricing was confirmed in detail. My exact words were if I performed a visual inspection without taking air samples the cost is $175.00. and if I took two air samples the cost is $325.00. I have done hundreds at this price, My price list on my web site that she was looking at confirms this, Taking two air samples for $175.00 would be going backwards after paying the lab cost, lead cost and gas. She agreed to this by saying her "brother would be willing to pay $325.00" I took air samples with her standing there and I confirmed price again. When I sent her the invoice via email she ignored It. I called her and she said she would not pay $325.00 but would pay$175.00. Check my web site for pricing. There was no misunderstanding here. She said that she wouldn't pay me because she had other offers to perform inspection for $200."
