Excellent service. The communication was clear and concise.

The first red flag is representing himself as Steve Perez on Angi’s list when in fact his name is Ziv. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating.

They remodeled 2 bathrooms and got the job done within the time frame needed. The project manager, Mike, made a appearance each day. He made sure that the workers were doing a good neat job. He tile people they used was fantastic. They matched the pattern throughout the shower area.

Sonart construction did a fabulous job on my Master Bathroom. The foreman was constantly in touch with me and made sure everything was as planned. I am very satisfied with their workmanship and quality. The service and price was excellent. I couldn't be happier. I definitely will recommend them to all my family and friends. 5 stars all the way thanks....
