Kevin Burman contacted me same day as my inquiry. Set appointment, showed up on time. Explained how he cleans rug and carpet. Very professional and respectful of home. Did a great job on both areas. His equipment is clean and organized. He takes pride in his work. Oh yea, the price was the best part. Very reasonable and takes many forms of payments. I would recommend him to anyone who asks. Moved slow , like he was tired and out of shape , move really really slow but once he got everything hooked up , it was fast ! Too fast ! Carpet is clean but not the best , no smell ,just seem Like he wet it and used water only water , carpet doesn?t feel as clean or look ! He needs help , assistance , better product

"Absolutely not true. This is retaliation from not wanting to clean her closets for free. She lives on the second floor so everything had to be brought upstairs. She had a huge stain by her bed which I did clean free of charge. Way more trouble than what I made in money. You can not make everyone happy."

The company does shawty work, he said that if I did not approve of his work he would come back and re do it but later on he changed it and he does not stand by his work and does not do good quality work. He only promises to clean the carpet but does not remove any stains.

"I also never said I would come back and reduce the work. Recleaning would not make a visual difference. What I did say was, If the Client would hire another company to reclean and if there was an improvement visually to the carpet I would give a refund. My work stands for itself. So far I have no pictures of the new cleaning by another company."

Greg a friendly and good guy, he gave me all the information about what he was going to do. How long the process and what to do after the job is done. He was professional and handled everything he said he was going to do. I didn’t have to stand outside and watch he was doing. Would not hesitate to call him back when needed.

I had a very soiled electric recliner that needed cleaning. The cost to clean was significantly less than purchasing a new one. Kevin was AWESOME!! He was empathetic to our situation, and was able to fit me in on a moments notice. He was quick and proficient. I would and probably will use them again on a heartbeat!
