Armored Roofing of Sun City underestimated my roofing job by 48 percent then started the process of placing a lien on my house a week after the job was finished when we protested . they never contacted me about the added expense during the job. I couldnt get an answer from anyone I talked to during the job. I paid the bill under duress under threat of a lien. The estimate was 11700 , the final bill came in at over 17000. I am in my 70s in poor health . I am having a hard time with this, Update, I received a letter today of notice of a lien.

I found all employees to be professional and after fixing the outside and taking out the sky light, TJ came in and covered the hole, then painted and when I saw that it wasn't a good match (the paint) he came back and re painted. Many thanks for a job ell done, at a reasonable price

I can't say enough to commend Armored Roofing and their Project Advisor, TJ, for their professionalism, honesty, and workmanship in re-roofing my home following wind and rain damage in several areas. After receiving a reasonable quote using extra quality materials, I hired Armored. Their work crews were always timely, more-than hard working, and always cleaned up at the end of each day. They even finished a day earlier than expected. I would recommend Armored to anyone who wants quality workmanship and a highly professional company.

Not always responsive customer service

Gilbert with Armored Roofing was extremely professional to work with. When we booked the job, we were anticipating an August install. They were able to get us in sooner and complete before the monsoons started this year. They kept in communication, cleaned up when they were done and they did an excellent job. Highly recommend!

These guys were great! I worked with Kreig, who was honest, responsive, professional, and went above and beyond in the name of customer service. I had about 5 companies come and give me quotes. Not only were they on the lower end of the price range (but not the cheapest), bt Kreig went the extra mile and sealed up a couple of broken tiles that were contributing to my roof leak. Before the project started, he came out and tarped another section of broken tiles in anticipation of rain the next couple of days. When I brought up concerns about the contract, he worked with me an resolved them to my satisfaction. When the project started, the guys showed up on time every day and worked hard until quitting time. They always cleaned up after themselves, and the results were superb. Kreig kept up the excellent customer service by being very flexible and accommodating with the final walk through and payment scheduling. If I still lived in the area, I would definitely hire them again. Give these guys a shot, you won't be sorry!

Honest, professional, affordable. Roman came by on time, gave me a quote to repair the problem and didn't try and sell me something I didn't need. His team came by at the time and day scheduled, did a great job and cleaned up after they were done. Highly recommend.

A person named Zack from Armored Roofing reviewed the roof, showed me pictures and explained work needed. He was going to contact his manager and present a quote. Never happened nor heard from them.

Had water coming into the house after some pretty rough storms, I went to Angie's list to find help on a Friday, we were going out of town on that following Tuesday. Anthony contacted me within minutes of my inquiry, was at my house within the hour, and had an estimate for us within 2 hours. Given my individual situation, he moved some things around to ensure that we were taken care of prior to leaving town for vacation. I cannot put a price on the peace of mind this allowed me while away. His crew showed up on time, worked efficiently and diligently to repair our roof. The price was fair if not more than fair. The effort was a above and beyond as was the communication. I ð ¯% recommend these guys. They won't bandaid your roof, they will repair it. maybe that isn't what you think you want but, trust me, it is definitely what you need. 10/10 all the way around. Do yourself a solid and just call these guys first. it will save you time, money, headache, and stress.

I had a roof leak. Anthony came right out to review the project. I received a quote that night. His knowledge and experience were evident from the get-go. After receiving 2 more bids from other roofers, I decided to go with Armored Roofing. They were not the lowest bid, but he made me feel confident that his team was the one to go with. After I accepted the bid, they did the work the following day and even did a few extras for me at my request, like replacing broken tiles. The job was done within 3 hours and they left my place cleaner than when they arrived. I am totally happy with their work, customer service, timeless, and fair pricing. You can't do any better than Armored Roofing!
