Jerry Rodriquez turned two screws which made the problem worse then gave me an estimate of $675 which entailed removing the the door frame completely including the exterior wood frame around the door. Then he demanded his $125 trip charge and I very reluctantly wrote him a check for the $125. Later I called a neighbor's handyman who lifted the door off, replaced the rollers and fixed the door for a total of $115.

It went splendidly. Very professional, great job :)

Jerry did a very nice job. He installed a new bathroom faucet, he figured out why it was leaking and fixed it. He took down a light fixture and repaired sheetrock and put the light back up. Jerry did a great job, we'll use him again in the future.

Jerry proved that his 24 years of experience pays dividends. He cleverly deduced a strategy and set of parts needed to solve the complex problem put to him. We now have a semi custom installation of our porch swing that is solid sturdy and customized for our needs.

Completing a pergola construction

All went well. The bathroom sink got new pvc plumbing in place of the old corroded plumbing.

Jerry showed up right on time he was very efficient and knew his work was in and out and cleaned up the area after finishing the work I will be using Jerry when ever I need work done again very professional.

Unsatisfactory. He didn't finish the job he is supposed to do. He did not remove his trash even though he put it in the contract that he would.

I needed several different jobs done around my home. Jerry was able to take care of everything. He is a skilled carpenter and also The talented in other areas as well. He renovated my home office by creatively repairing a redwood entry door, patching and painting the room, hung a large flat screen TV, replaced a toilet in the bathroom as well as numerous other small fixes around the property.
