The designer was helpful. My project was quick, so we did not go without our dining chairs for a long time. The fabric seems durable.

I would never use this company again, I would never refer them to anybody and I am upset that he lied to me over and over. I want the money back. He can come back to take the love seat and I want my money back.

This company was terrible for me. First, the person that came to my house did not speak English well and I understood her to explain what I was requesting could be done. In the end, I got an inferior product that is not professionally done. Everyone who has seen it has been appalled at the workmanship. I could not get them to respond. I had an attorney contact them. No response. I contacted the Attorney Generals office to file a complaint. Finally, the only response I got was that they would fix it if I would bring it in. It is a kitchen table, I am older and have no way to transport a table. I also have serious health issues. I was not asking them for any money back, only to correct a very messy, unacceptable job. There are cracks in the surface, dried glue that will not come off and edges do not meet or match. This is a terrible experience and I would never recommend them to anyone else.

They did not promptly deliver the furniture after the work was done. It took them several days after they were completed, sitting at their facility before they finally delivered. them.

They never followed up

I contracted with Sit Well Upholstery and Fabric in late May 2022 based on a recommendation from Angi's list to reupholster my 8ft over 60 year old sofa. I paid a hefty deposit and paid in full to have it delivered once the work was completed, yet I did not get back my two arm cushions which were included in the price of the work and fabric in mid-June 2022. First I was told they forgot the arm cushions, then the story was that they ran out of fabric, then they couldn't find them. I wrote and called several times including contacting Rick Hall, the owner. I finally called Hall who was quite rude and told me they were busy, as if I was bothering them! That is NOT customer service. Hall said they ran out of fabric and as soon as it was in the cushions would be done. That's interesting since they would not take my sofa until they had the fabric to do the job. When we finally went to their location, Maricela could not find the arm cushions. I am not the first person to have a problem based on a couple of reviews. So easy to fix and yet it took until August 29 to get my cushions. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Rick Hall is shady at best. He did not have the courtesy to deliver my pillows as promised & left it to a worker. Thanks to Angi's list for getting involved or I would still be waiting! P.S. The actual work was excellent; there is no customer service except to take your money!

They are phenomenal- best customer service (Rick and Maracella are the best) fast service and their work is second to none. If you need something upholstered these are the people to go to. I will definitely use them again.

I found everyone and everything about Sit Well to be outstanding. Their work was fast and extraordinarily good. And, the price was quite reasonable as well. I would use them again, for sure.

Overall great experience. No complaints. You do have to arrange your own pick up and delivery though.

We were told if we dropped our chair cushions off they would install them when the work was done. No charge was mentioned for doing this, Make sure you have everything they are going to do in writing. We were told that the man who told us this had been fired, yet when my husband went and picked up our cushions there he was in the store, Double check finished date. THEY WERE FAST AND DID GREAT WORK

Very reasonable cost and well done.

We had three projects are done with them, which were done quickly and beautifully done. However, we had a couple more projects and I could never get them to get back to me. We spent a fair amount of money and they told her they were going to win an award with one of our sofas, yet they can not return a call or text anymore. Very disappointed.

We had our Rv dinnette cushions redone and they did an excellent job in them. We were told if we weren't pleased with the cushions when we got them home they would redo with no charge.

Workmanship was excellent and price was reasonable.

While the work was good they repeatedly failed to communicate. Users need to know that pickup/delivery is pricey and time to get work done is long. Was 5 weeks until my job started.

The work was excellent. The workers are experienced and the work was beautiful. I bought my own fabric and when my chairs were picked up I requested the leaf over fabric returned to me. When the chairs were delivered I asked about my fabric and was told by the owner there was no leftover fabric. I uestioned that as I had ordered enough for another project. I visited their shop for another project and by chance went into their fabric room. There was a bolt of my very distinct fabric (9 yards) for sale. Not happy. I questioned them about it and the answer was ludicrous. I then asked for my daughters xtra fabric and was given 1 1/2 yards of her fabric which I had previously asked for. I am a fair person and hoped for a reasonable explanation but that didn't happen. Sad because the work was excellent.

They did a great job on upholstering a sofa and overstuffed chair.

Called, sent text and photos about job, text them twice asking if someone can fix, heard nothing. And they said text worked better as I could add photos of project.

I merely wanted my chaise part of my leather sectional re-stuffed, paying special attention to the area I sit, they told me they had to take the material up when they stuff it. When returned to me, the seat look the same, all puckered and loose, then they told me they could not take up any more without damaging the leather, OK, they should have checked with me so I could have made a choice how to proceed. Also it has a head rest the moves up and down, and it did not work at all when they returned it. They came back pick it up and when they returned it again it would not go. All the way down and looked terrible. They did mange to get it together right, and I went there to make sure it was OK before they returned it yet again. Rick then called and told me they were returning it for the 3rd, in a disgusted tone. He had no reason to be disgusted with anyone be himself because he being the boss should inspect all products before returning them to customers in that condition, had he done that he would not have had to make 3 trips with it. The best thing about that company is their courteous delivery people.

A pleasure to work with. Professional, polite, and patient employees. My chairs are beautiful.

I gave them 4 stars for customer service because when they said they would call when the material came in, they did not, I had to call them. They said they would call when the chairs were done so I could see them prior to delivery. They did not, I went into the store to get a status. I was thrilled with their workmanship. My chairs look terrific!

The 5 star reviews can NOT be legitimate! My experience was more than disappointing. Substandard workmanship, overpriced and poor communication. A total scam. Don't trust these people.
