The company contacted me immediately even thought it was a Sunday. The owner contacted his repair technician and on the call back I was advised the tech would be there between 9 and 10 AM Monday to repair the cable. Steve arrived on time and did a neat and efficient repair job. He even corrected the problem with the cable drooping to the ground. I was very impressed with the response time and the repair work. Great Company!! Already recommended them to my friend.

I received a call back from them quickly. Came out the next day. Jeff was pleasant and knowledgeable. He improved channel reception on two TV’s that use an indoor antenna, and also installed an antenna for another TV. Very happy with their service and price!
