Shield Solutions has an outstanding developer Matthew Fisher. Matthew assisted with our network connection issues at my Mom's home about 2-4 years ago. Matthew responds very quickly to in-person and cellphone troubleshooting episodes that arise because of operator error. His rates are very reasonable.
