Bill and Luke were professional and efficient. They worked quickly and I could tell they had a lot of experience. They were very upfront about their hourly charge. They discussed potential solutions before implementing them to get my, and each other's input, and had me review and test items as they were completed. I was thrilled to get so much done in 5 hours and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

Bill was nice to talk to. I hired him to install speaker wires over the ceiling. Bill arrived with two more of his members on time. We mutually hourly rate was agreed but Bill never gave me the no. of hours of work. He let the two of his employees to work. Only one of them was effective. The other one hardly did any work. Most of the time he was just standing and staring at the other person's work. I ended up paying for both of their time. Even though only one of them was effectively working. Do not hire them! If you end up doing so, agree on total cost before they start their work else you will end up paying a lot more like me.

Unbeknownst to me, They stopped up the sink with the plug while tightening the faucet; however, they DIDN'T unstop it. They had a to rehang the key holder, leaving extra holes. They didn't tidy up after that either, I found rolled up stuff on the floors, the extra screws in random areas. Up until then, all the individuals I have used always tidied up after themselves, or put things back as they had found them. I would not recommend or hire again.

They had to go back to Home Depot 3 times with correct parts that wasn't dented. They put weather stripping in two doors, pushed in the dishwasher and changed the florescent tubes. They helped me out with all kind of repair jobs and they are absolutely wonderful.
