I needed someone to come look at my outside antenna which lightning hit.
James called me back and said he will be here this morning. He showed up. Very nice man. Very professional. It took him a little time to replace a couple of things, when he left things were running perfectly. I highly recommend this gentleman. His prices are very reasonable.

It's difficult to find someone who works with roof top antennas. This gentleman was wonderful! He repointed my antenna and I have Network TV on all of my TVs again. Very happy here

Jim showed up on time. I told him what I wanted done and he did it. It took about 1.5 hours which is close to his time estimate. Good guy to work with. I will call him again if I need more work done on my external antenna.

Great guy but knows little about RV satellite issues.
Response from Satellite Supervision
"I told the customer I Do not work on RVs. He said he could not find anyone to work on his dish and he needed it for the weekend. I told him I would look at it to try and help him out. I had to get to my already scheduled appt so I came back the next day. I found a bad cable at the dome entrance port. It was found that the whole unit with ckt boards and all had to be lifted to get a new cable installed. That is where I stopped. I had already spent several hours with it. That is when Mr. Huggins said he had an appt scheduled with an RV shop. I identified the ISSUE but did wish to continue into a category of work I am not nor wish to be trained with."
