I engaged with Safeguard Roofing to replace my 30-year-old tile roof. From my initial contact to the sequence interactions to the end of the project, I found the staff to be professional, efficient, knowledgeable, explain the process in layman terms where I could understand as well of responsive to my questions or concerns. I was told estimate timeframes as well as who would be coming to perform the task, because there are different contractors providing services. Safeguard Roofing staff made all of the dots connected in a seamless procedure, this relayed a lot of my anxieties about replacing my roof.
