Roofwerks, Inc., was founded by Derwin Maness and Will Hayes with the vision of creating a top-notch roofing company in North Carolina installing the highest quality roofing systems at an affordable price and backed by excellent customer service. After a combined 20 years experience with one of the regions largest roofing contractors, the two decided that the Triangle area lacked a truly professional residential roofing contractor. There are far too many “pick-up truck contractors” and roofers that are either uninsured or carry insurance for another trade such as vinyl siding or masonry. This leaves the homeowner vulnerable to expensive lawsuits if a worker is injured or property is damaged. Roofwerks, Inc., is fully insured for roofing – new roof construction, roof repairs, roof maintenance and reroofing – and is a licensed general contractor! After hiring other companies, my roof still had a leak. I called Roofwerks and they promptly came out and found and fixed the leak that was actually caused by another companies poor installation of ice guards. I would recommend this company and will definately use them again when needed.

John Sawyer is very kind and very professional. I was so impressed with him that I hired his company right away. The workers came by a few days ago to work on my roof. I do not think that they are finished yet, but so far I have not heard from them and do not know when they will be back. I still have a leak, so hopefully they will return soon. Therefore, as of right now, I will withhold judgment on the company until they have completed the job.

They arrived at my house on time and the person was polite and very eager to do the job. They looked at what I thought was a water leak and determined it was a previous leak that has been resolved. They did not charge me for the quick look but, this alone will have me calling them for any future work. It is rare to get any service company to arrive on time, let alone to be polite.
