Needed my carpet stretched and Ron did a really good job. He moved everything out of his way and then moved it all back. Only reason for the 4.5 on work quality was there was one section behind the door that was missed on the retacking, but he came back out the next day and quickly correct that. Ron is very personable, respectful and friendly. Would not hesitate to recommend him.

Ron is an absolute gentleman. Very courteous, kind and HONEST. It was the easiest experience I have ever had with a carpet cleaning service. Ron is the most knowledgeable and meticulous person I have ever hired for this type of job. He takes true pride in the work. He made my floors and furniture look as if I just purchased them that day. Ron of RightWay is a nice, professional guy. He bid on polishing marble bath counters, cleaning granite, and also, at my request, on cleaning carpets. He came on time and finished the same day as promised. I am impressed with the beautiful results for both counters and carpets. The marble sparkles. The granite is like a mirror. The dingy areas on my white carpets are gone -- like magic. Only issue was getting the work done efficiently -- we had a couple of hours delay due to equipment problems. This made for a long day.
