After Russel cleaned the rug, it looked like a new carpet was installed. Iâ  m extremely pleased! Before I signed on, I spoke with the owner, Ben. He was very helpful and â  knows his stuffâ  . I highly recommend Revive Carpet Cleaning.

Scheduling my appointment was very professional and Ben made contact with me several times. Chuck and Russell called on route and they were punctual. The job was done by experts and my carpets look like new. It was a quality job well done. I must comment on Chuck. He was extremely well versed and very personable. You must take pride in warm and friendly personality. I am extremely satisfied!!

This was our first experience with Clean Your Carpets, for a wool Oriental area rug. I first selected them when I received a courteous, professional, and knowledgeable but warm response on the phone. The two workers arrived, carefully assessed the rug, then offered options for cleaning that included meeting a date to accommodate our needs. The rug was returned on time, in a condition like new: very fresh and cushiony. We were very pleased with the outcome.

We have always been more than satisfied with this team for their excellent customer service and more importantly for their efficiency and high quality work on each job they have completed for us. some of our carpets are twenty years old or greater and honestly, after cleaning up day to day wear including accidents from our pups, CYC cleans them so well, you would never ever guess the age of our carpets. If their was such thing as a ten star rating they earned it !

The cleaners were very professional and polite. The carpets look like new and all the pet stains removed.

They did a great job! our dog ate 2 sticks of butter and then got sick on the rug. The rug looks brand new and the sour milk smell is gone!

Clean your carpets yourself for BETTER results and save hundreds. I had this company out two months ago to clean all the carpets in my house prior to moving in. They completed a great room, office, two sets of stairs and a recreation room in two hours. They are the most expensive cleaning outfit in town, and I did negotiate a better price after the initial sticker shock of nearly $600. Carpets were cleaned and after they had dried 4 days later there was no noticeable difference in the appearance of any of the carpets. The carpets were all 5 years old in a home with two people in their s. Fast forward two months and we did them again ourselves. We used a $75 Bissell carpet shampooer and standard carpet cleaning solution. The amount of filth still pulled up from the carpets was disappointing. One room we redid has had zero traffic through it as it is full of oddball furniture and boxes from the move. That room produced chocolate milk water, not acceptable seeing as it was the only room untouched since the professional cleaning by Clean Your Carpets. Their professional cleaning should have yielded significantly better results. I will not use them again nor recommend them to anyone. I contacted the owner (Tim) about this prior to my review and received no response.

Monday morning our second of 2 dogs had just passed in our living room. We were incredibly heart broken especially after just facing the loss of our other dog 6 weeks before. For those who have had personal experiences with death know it is not a pleasant process. Though our beautiful dog may have left us in spirit, his still left his mark and odor on our living room carpet that we tragically could not get out. Clean your carpets contacted me after I went through Home advisor. Tim was so nice over the phone and I gave him the details of what we needed to be done. He has been in business for 44 years so I trusted him with all of the stains in our home His team came on Thursday, we went over all the rooms, and that one stain in the living room, after they were done it was as if we have brand new carpets, mind you we had 2 full grown black labs who shed everywhere. Even the living room stain was completely gone I want to thank Clean Your Carpets for helping my family transition into a new beginning after our dogs passing it really meant so much to us

Workers were very punctual, pleasant, neat and very conscientious. The chairs that were cleaned looked great afterwards.
