Took (2) rugs too the Crofton shop they did a wonderful job, Jim bergman was a true professional,& Ms Brenda showed was a true professional at her jobs well

The service was prompt, careful, and skillful. I had 6 rugs cleaned, of varying sizes. After they were cleaned, one of the large ones had some places that looked lighter than the rest. The technicians came to look at it and took it back to correct the problem with brushing. The result was good and I am very happy with the appearance of all the rugs.

Residential Rug Care came to our place in Alexandria, Virginia with their Free Pick Up and Delivery offer. Their price was unbeatable from the two other quotes I received. Brown and Davka arrived on time, their tall van was clean, they were very professional and carefully removed our wool carpets from living and dining room. Both were returned with the stains removed, without fringe or stitching damages and the extreme cleanliness showed noticeable improvements in look and feel to the touch. Our first time using them and will refer to our friends also.
