We are extremely happy with how our new windows and new front door turned out. After some unexpected challenges with the way our home was built, our installation crew quickly and efficiently adapted to make sure our windows and door were installed with expert care. Every time we see our new beautiful picture window we are left breathless! And our beautiful front door is the perfect upgrade for the look of our home. Thank you RBA!

One window had bad wood around the frame. When we mentioned it to the contractor it wasn't addressed, and they installed the new window anyway. In Addition, on the same window the lower left corner of the window frame is loose and needs nailed back in.

Signed contract today, same day as presentation, saving an additional 10%. Installation estimated at 8 weeks. Installation by Andersen of their products provides extended warranties that other installers can't provide. Complete full service from permit to installation to warranty calls all by Andersen. They provide financing if needed too. Extremely professional and knowledgeable design consultant.

We have had the pleasure of working with Renewal by Anderson of Eastern Washington, whose crew (Jeff R., Tanner S., Micah R., Daniel R., and Luis G.) worked to build out and replace a bay window and replace 8 other windows. They were professional and courteous the entire time they were here. We will be working with them in the future to replace the rest of the windows that need done. They were definitely not the cheapest to use, but the quality and workmanship is definitely worth the money.

The install crew was top notch at their work, left my home spotless, and also did a great job communicating with me. I paid a premium and the windows and the expert crew were premium to match. If you can qualify for the zero percent financing and plan to stay in your home a decade or more, hiring Renewal is a great investment. Really great outfit, very professional. My window are beautiful, inside and out!
