I reached out to Ben just to explore the idea of a swimming pool and he came by the same day with a design already in mind and surprised me with a very reasonable price and he even sourced the endless swim equipment I asked about for far less than advertised online. He also brought samples of finishes and tiles for us to browse. He was kind, communicative and not pushy at all. Highly recommend!

Excellent Service and Expertise! I’m so impressed with this pool company! They came out quickly—despite the cold weather—to perform leak detection on my pool. Not only did he pinpoint exactly where the issue was (which started after my pool was resurfaced), but he also took the time to educate me on how my entire pool system works. He didn’t just fix the problem—he mapped out a clear, step-by-step plan to stop the leak and get my pool running in top condition again. What I really appreciated was the extra attention to detail. Since my pool is uncovered, he even explained how to adjust my pool drains so that all the leaves would naturally accumulate in one area for easier cleaning. That kind of insight shows real expertise and care for the customer. I highly recommend this company if you want someone who’s knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely committed to helping you understand and maintain your pool—not just patch it up.

Had Ben come out and replace the old manual timer I had on my pool with a new WiFi-enabled one from DEWENWILS. Ben swapped them out and hooked everything up, he made it look easy! I absolutely recommend East Bay Pools, they are top-notch! 👏
