Rick was able to make time to come out the same day to fix our clogged dryer duct. We just moved in and had laundry piled up so he was a life saver. They have cleaned our carpets and floors before and do exceptional work. Always friendly, fast as well.

Rick was a nice and courteous guy, He came over and gave me a quote that was very close to the estimate that he gave over the phone. He spent nearly 3 hours on the job and I was satisfied with the end result!

I scheduled my cleaning through Home Adviser. Later that day R/C Carpet Cleaning called and said that day wasn't available. To their credit they did work me in on the day I requested, but not the time. The service tech was about a half an hour late. He was very nice. As for the job cleaning. I requested furniture be moved, They didn't do that my husband had to move it. The only place the tech pre-clean vacuumed was under a bed. No where else that he cleaned was vacuumed. (I have 3 cats, so vacuuming in necessary). He did do some spot cleaning, but missed most of the pet spots in the living room. He cleaned the carpet so fast that many of the spots didn't come up, and spots where the carpet was soaking wet have stained. When the Tech left he left hair and other debris all over my mat in front of my door, and hair globs all over the carpet. It took my carpet 3 days in dry warm temperatures to dry. I am very dissatisfied with R/C cleaning services. I have my own home steam cleaner and I do a much better job.

Rick was personable and accommodating. He made my mom's furniture and carpet look like new I would hire him again in an instant. I recommend this company very highly.

We had 4 large stains in our new, white carpets that we tried to remove ourselves only making it much worse. 3 were pet stains and 1 was a large coffee stain. Rick came on a Sat am and did a fantastic job - it was hard to believe that our carpets looked so great after the mess we had created. He was professional and knowledgeable and we will definitely hire him again for our carpet cleaning needs.

Timely, professional and great job of cleaning carpets.

They used too much water and because of this the very next day parts of my carpet had an orange shade to it. All that water went deep and mixed with deep dirt and wooden floor. Because it was still wet the carpet fiber sucked up the dirt like a straw and ruined the carpet. Thanks guys!
