Very happy with the job Ray has done. He suggested some ideas that we went with and were glad we did. He uses top notch materials, and he and his crew do top notch work. He charges a fair price and is willing to work with you. He stands behind his work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ray for any home improvement project.

(Updated now that the project is complete) Original: Ray has been wonderful to work with. He's very attentive, offers creative suggestions, and does quality work for a fair price. We did a pretty major project with him, and I would use him again. Updated: We did a rather large project with him, and like all large projects there were a few outstanding items toward the end. Unfortunately, Ray got extremely busy with other work and so his attentiveness diminished. And, as time wore on, he and I had a bit of a difference of opinion as to what was included in the original project and what was out of scope. I would still recommend Ray. However, if I were to do it again, I would get EVERYTHING in writing and also hold a final piece of the payment until all the little things were complete.

Very satisfied with work for a fair price

We got an immediate response on a possible deck project for our house from Ray. He was very professional and came up with great ideas after reviewing our needs. After quoting us a very reasonable amount, we hired him right away as he had an opening- they worked all day for 4 days straight in 4 degree weather, snow and sleet to get it done in the time he quoted. It was a very easy and smooth project with fantastic results- the deck is amazing and quality built to last a lifetime!! The work was first rate. Ray Foster and the gentlemen who work with him were very skilled, polite, helpful, trustworthy. They were dependable and the work they did was flawless. Ray was very knowledgeable about roofing (metal roofing in our case). He was trustworthy and gave advice based on doing the job correctly not cheaply or greedily. We would recommend him for any home improvement construction job.
