Good people attending to all the details and doing a geat job. Everyone from office staff, project managers and line workers were so supportive and working towards solving the problems and getting our house back into shape after the water damage. Great team -- highly recommended.

Excellent Job

The work was done on Tuesday, November 17th, 2020. Some equipment was left to dry out the area prior to sealing the floor. On Thursday, November 19th, 2020, someone came out to finish the job. However, some equipment was left behind and I called to have someone come and pick it up. No one came out and I had the equipment in my dining room area for Thanksgiving. To date, Wednesday, December 9th, still no one has picked up the equipment. Could you please send someone out to pick it up? I would like it removed before Christmas. Other than that, a good job was done.

It went smooth and thorough and he gave us the information we needed to know. I was wanting to schedule something soon and they were able to come out two days after I inquired their services! Cant beat that. We also got a phone call explaining everything that was found for the air quality test and where to go from there. All their help was very much appreciated.

Rapid Restoration was excellent to work with on a water damage issue I had discovered. They worked with me on cleaning an affected surface as well as air quality testing so we could have exact information for the best health of the home. They were able to get started the same day and were professional and wonderful to work with from the first phone call through the completion of the job. Chad is very knowledgeable and his crew was great. It turned out that we did not need to take additional steps for remediation because the diagnostics came back without concerns. I appreciated that this team had the skill and abilities to provide information and work up possible plans from "best case to worst case scenario" then take the most fitting action. We found a perfect result for the home at much lower cost than could have been the case without such an honest exam. I had two other companies out to look and Rapid stood out in terms of timing, communication, assessment, and an efficient plan. I couldn't be happier and will definitely call them again and highly recommend them!

The staff at Rapid Restoration were courteous, professional and friendly. They worked directly with the insurance company and worked around our schedule for planning the work. Our new floors look amazing and it couldn't have been any easier to work with this company!

Excellent - they got the job done in 3 days.

Great job by the Rapid Restoration team! They responded immediately to get rid of the wet carpet, tile, and paneling and brought in professional-grade dryers and dehumidifiers. After the mitigation work was done we had them also do the restoration. We were under a lot of time pressure, as we had houseguests arriving less than 3 weeks after the damage occurred. The team was organized, professional, and worked like crazy to get everything restored and cleaned up before our first guests arrived. We were very impressed by their professionalism, know-how, and commitment to doing things right and meeting our deadline. Big thanks to Chad, Walt, Joel, Tom, Randy, Ben, Melvin, and Hunter! (Hope we remembered all the names correctly and didn't leave anyone out - you guys were great!)

They were very slow getting us estimates for the drying of the basement and getting it fixed after the drying was done (we did not have them fix it up). They were heavy-handed demanding full payment before doing the job. They told our renter they were leaving without drying their side since we had not completely paid. This caused our renter stress and stressed us out as well. It is well over a month and the dumpster is still in the driveway. Apparently it seemed like they found a decent place to store it (except I don't want it stored in the driveway). This is a big inconvenience. We reached out asking them to remove it and they didn't respond. We finally told them if they didn't remove it, we would fill it. They then responded. They never gave us the "certificate" showing who did the work. It was apparently an "oversight." All in all, the work was done fine, but it left us with an awful aftertaste. If they reply to this bad rating, I wouldn't believe a word they say. Save yourself a headache and to with a different company.

Estimate was free and went well. I would have considered this to be a small job. The estimate was very detailed and done in a timely manner. I did find a square footage error in the first estimate which was corrected. They added an additional cost in the adjusted estimate which was quite annoying and had it been greater than it was, I would have turned them down just for that. The estimator was pleasant and seemed well informed on the matter of mold remediation. I had multiple questions for the estimator after his visit and he was always quick to respond. I did ask for a copy of their insurance which I did not get, fortunately there were no issues, but because of the length of time they'd been in business and all the research I'd done, I wasn't too concerned.
The team came on time within a few days of me getting the paperwork to them. I was impressed with the care the team took while in my home and the team leader's knowledge of the work needing to be done. A side note - I am extremely picky and generally go into hiring a contractor well researched in all the aspects of the job. The work was performed quickly and they cleaned up as to what I would expect. They had taken pictures of the process as the room was sealed off and I was unable to view the process myself.
I appreciated the option to put their payment on a credit card.

After an emergency you want someone to be kind and understanding and their staff were all completely professional. Every phone call and service technician were very professional. The staff was respectful of my home and family during the cleaning, they did an excellent and detailed job and I would highly recommend their services to others. The service professional walked me through all the work he completed and even did some extra cleaning near the fire area.

At the recommendation of our plumber, we used Rapid Restoration after we had an issue with leakage in our walls.  They returned our calls promptly, came out the same day for service, and went above and beyond the call of duty to insure we had no issues.  They gave us excellent service overall.

When my basement flooded on a Friday night, I was fortunate to find Rapid Restoration. They were out within an hour to clean up! They also had great contractors to help repair/replace the water damage. Both Chad and Dave were great to work with and very helpful at a stressful time. Even the insurance adjuster was impressed with their work when she came over to estimate the damage. Highly recommend!

They respond very quickly. They are an excellent company. They are very polite. They take care of the problem directly without trying to do extra things that you don’t need. We have used them before and they always do a good job.

Rapid Restoration responded immediately to our phone call, they were on-site within one hour. David Gates was professional and knowledgable. He answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns. He walked us through the insurance process.

Rapid Restoration responded quickly to our call about water in our basement.  They got the clean up process going right away.  They also replaced the carpet that had been damaged.  We were pleased with the service.

Rapid Restoration did a terrific job for us!  At 5:00am Sunday morning, we had an unexpected water leak on our main floor that went down through the basement ceiling.  Dave Gates from Rapid came to our house within 1 hour of our call.  His crew members arrived shortly after and set up blowers to dry the carpet, ceiling and wall where the leak occurred.  Dave and his team's fast action was able to save most everything.  The ceiling was the main repair/replacement and they did a professional knockdown and painting job.  Dave and his team made all the repairs and got us back to normal within a week. Dave was also instrumental in dealing with our insurance company to ensure we were reimbursed fully. Rapid Restoration did a great work for us, were reliable and we would recommend them to anyone.
