Mike is very knowledgeable and professional. It turned out he was unable to fix my washer because the part needed is no longer available. The only customer service issue was that I was told the technician would call me the day before the appointment and again when he was on his way to my house. I didn't get either of the calls.

"We call the morning of service never the day before. technicians cannot see the route until the day of service. Mike is usually very good at calling and leaving voicemails. did we have the right number for you? because my team is instructed to not run a call with out making phone contact. usually we get panic calls when people miss his morning call. because he leaves a voicemail stating that if he doesn't hear back the call will be rescheduled."

First they were able and willing to squeeze me in for a cancellation spot which reduced my already not ridiculous wait. Second, the tech fully assessed the issue, gave me a quote, and got to work with my approval. he has already bought anticipated supplies and wemt to it quickly. Third, theyare had to order supplies for my other project and it took a while for them to receive them but once they did they communicated and scheduled promptly.

They never showed up during appointment window. Called to check on the technician and was told we would receive service that day from another tech and 2nd tech did not show up. Called company 3 additional times that day and all calls/messages were unanswered. Very unprofessional and would never recommend.

Clothes dryer stopped working. The technician came out immediately, walked me through what he did and the dryer is working great! Fixed a couple other minor issues unrelated to the main issue as well.

He just said I needed a new motor. Did not go into detail. I had to be the one to ask the life span of a dishwasher. He didn't even bother to ask me that. The dishwasher was over 10 years old so obviously it was stupid to put in a motor. This guy was NO HELP! And it cost me $75.

I wound up only paying the service fee because the repair estimate was more than the appliance was worth . Alberto was quick, courteous & professional told me all the things wrong with my washing machine. I made the decision to buy a new washing machine instead of paying for all the repairs it needed . I would definitely hire Quality U Expect again .

Dwayne was excellent. He was early for the appointment and was able to accurately diagnose the issue with our dryer (ended up being an issue in our breaker box). Once we realized the dryer was fine, I thought he'd be done, but he continued problem solving until he was able to rule out all other possibilities. Very thorough and reasonably priced.

I'd used the company before and had a great experience. This last time there was a mix up, a communication error, and an appointment I was expecting at 10am didn't happen til about 4:30pm and I didn't get a confirmation call. Regardless, this was later than most companies and the follow up work was prompt and done on a weekend. Great guys. Fantastic work ethic.

Thirty minutes before the repair person arrived, I discovered the leak was actually coming from a drain pipe the appliance was using and NOT the appliance itself. I told the person when he arrived and he said he'd verify leak location before leaving. After that, I offered to write him the check for the service call and he actually waived the charge!! He said since it only took 15 seconds to verify it was not the appliance, I didn't need to pay. Wow!! Needless to say, I will call upon this company the next time I really need to have an appliance repaired!

The team from Quality U Expect did a great job from start to finish. The initial scheduling team worked with me to find time that worked for my family. They conducted the initial troubleshooting and identified the source of the issue. The price for parts (I had already priced independently) and labor was reasonable and covered both the initial visit and second visit for installation.
