Furniture Repair
I kept being put off and put off. They would text me saying they'd contact me. They'd say they were on their way and then not show up. I paid in full when they ordered a part, and it took them a week to come out and finish the job. I had to read the riot act over the phone to get them to respond, after they had cashed my check! They were supposed to be here at 8:30 yesterday morning, got a text saying they were running behind, and then I never heard anything else from them all day! The service was terrible! The only thing I'm happy with is that the furniture is finally fixed.
