The installation service performed by Luiz and Mike was superb. At the end of installation, they explained the equipment operation and what to expect. Carlos and Nima were equally impressive explaining the process and being transparent about costs and quality to satisfy what we needed. Overall professionalism and interest in performing high quality work was commendable.

Just had my water softener and chlorinator annual service accomplished by Pure Touch. About 10 days later, I noticed a problem with the controller. Pure Touch has a 30 day no charge service call warranty. The controller suffered an internal failure. Pure Touch made 3 separate trips and stood by their warranty. For approximately 15 years, I have used Pure Touch. Besides being professional and knowledgeable, the main reason I am a loyal customer is they are honest, dependable and always go the extra mile.

The Pure Touch team is the best. Whenever we made a move to a new property, I knew I could count on them to be punctual, and to make professional installations of any water related equipment, and on any surface needed that we needed.

Job well done. Unable to replace two seized stop cocks, while he was there as did not appear to have necessary plumbing tools or skills, but fulfilled the job description perfectly.
