Rick came out the next day to fix my oven which would not bake anymore. He diagnosed the problem from a few messages, and arrived next day with the right part. He had it fixed very quickly, and then fully tested the oven to ensure it was working. He also showed me how to troubleshoot issues myself with other potential issues I could have with my stove as well. Amazing service and Rick is a great guy providing great service! His price was better than the other 4 companies I contacted as well.

These guys are the best if I could give them more stars, I would reliable and honest we have a vacation rental in Pacific Beach. The washer stopped working and we needed to have somebody come right away because we had another check in in the morning. I called reset Around 530 they were here by 6:30 diagnosed the problem , Needed apart and said they’d be back at one pm the next day to fix the washer They showed up right at one and the washer is working again at 1:15 Highly recommend Appliance repair guys are hard to find especially ones that will come out right away and have access to the parts right away. Great job will use again

Had my fridge break unexpectedly and they showed up same day. It was toward the end of the day so I did not have much hopes in getting someone to come that day but they said they would and mentioned they would try to show up earlier so my food wouldn’t go bad - and they not only showed up earlier than mentioned but also gave me a couple of options to get my fridge fixed. Truly great customer service! I’m glad I called them!

I just wanted to take a moment to give Eltun and Sam the recognition they deserve! I called this company late in the afternoon, with my washing machine not working. They were so accommodating to give me an appointment the same day! I was so thankful and relieved to be able to use my washing machine, as soon as the cleaning and repair was completed! Both these gentlemen were honest and thorough in their work, plus they didn't try to upcharge me. I highly recommend them for all of your appliance needs. They don't disappoint!
