Customer Service Sales Agent Justine was laid back and very knowledgeable. She was not pushy and follow up periodically to see if we were still in the market for a water softener system. We like the warranty, system and her. The 2 plumbers that came to install were quick, efficient and had very neat installation.

Was very pleased with installation and sales rep. She was very thoughtful and worked with me to get the right system at the right cost. Installation crew was very efficient and completed job in just a few hours. System took a few days to remove scale build up but is now running well. Will return if I decide on addition reverse osmosis system

Ethan and Ravi were prompt, courteous, and professional. I previously had a basic Whirlpool model which cost under $500. I was on my second Whirlpool model which seems to last only four to five years, I upgraded to the Puronics high-end model. I truly had high expectations. My Whirlpool system had completely stopped functioning. The $4850 Puronics is functioning close to the same as the Whirlpool when it was first installed. There is not much change in the spots on my dishes and the dryness of my skin from the hard water. Secondly, I was disappointed that the marketing representative, Justine didn't call after the installation to check to see if the installation of the system had gone well.

These guys are great, i needed a water softener solution for me house but with so many options now on days I wasn’t sure what direction I actually wanted to go with. Jared explained with great detail what their systems does and it’s benefits and a day later the installers came in and had everything up and running. The installation process was painless and the installers where very professional always taking proper precautions/distance/masks etc. on this COVID-19 era. I purchased their water softener reverse osmosis system and so far everything feels great. I Will definitely recommend working with them.
