When you call this company, the person that picks up your call is Dan the owner. Not an automated system or call center. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and informative. His plumber who installed our system and kind was extremely professional, insanely meticulous, and organized, and just overall very pleasant to interact with. I canâ t recommend this company enough.

Really impressed with these guys all around. Rob was really clear in explaining everything we were looking at and what we needed, no high pressure sales pitch. Dan (owner) was great working with me on the cost. Kinda surprised the tech who did the install wasn’t vaccinated but he had no issues wearing his mask in the house and was totally professional. They were all really great to deal with, and answered all my questions before during and after install. Really pleased to find a great local business and I highly recommend them. Looking forward to working with them on service contract as well, I know they’ll take good care of us!

My water old softener was not functioning. They came and looked at it and said it was probably not fixable . They offered to take the control unit back to their office and maybe they could fix it. They were more enthusiastic about selling me a new system . They offered to give me a price break if I purchased a new system within a certain time frame. I told them I would consider it. Fortunately I was able to find another repair person who fixed the unit on site by replacing a few gaskets and a piston. It only took half an hour. Their trip fee was less than Progressiveâ s and thatâ s all it cost me to get my softener fixed. I am updating my review because the owner of the company contacted me and apologized for their inability to fix my water softener. He also sent me a check for a full refund of their trip fee.

I canâ  t say enough great things about Dan Selleck and Progressive Water Solutions. Dan answered each and every question and concern I had. Never once did I feel like he was trying to â  sellâ  me on his system. Rather, I felt like he was educating me on his system and the issues the surrounding community is experiencing with its water. While there are other options less expensive, they would not have solved the water issue and provided my family with safe drinking water and a whole house solution we were looking for. We are very happy with our decision and we know Dan cares and will always be there for us if we encounter any issues. Heâ  s a true professional and I highly recommend Dan and his fine company.

If you're looking for a water treatment/softener solution, Progressive is the company to go with. They installed solutions in two houses. Rob came out and tested our water explaining every step and result as he went. Dan worked with me to create a solution to cover all my needs and cost parameters. Norbert and Riley, the installers were first class professionals with plumbing and other aspects of the install. Having had both houses completely replumbed recently and fixing horrific plumbing fails from the original house builds and touring several neighbors water treatment solutions installations, apparently there a number of plumbers out there that should not be in the business. These guys did a great job and made sure we were happy with the results! Everyone at the company is knowledgeable, polite and a professional at their role. Would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a water treatment solution.

I've never had a better experience with any company. The salesman was knowledgeable and explained things so I knew what he was doing. The installation was done promptly and looks really good. The people were very personable and a joy to have in my home. All in all I can't say enough for this company and I love my new system.
