Outstanding transaction.

It was a completely satisfying and beneficial experience for us. Constantin and Damien showed up exactly at the scheduled time and were delightful to deal with. We needed to have 2 area rugs (living room and foyer) and carpet (bedroom) cleaned. That covers just about the full extent of our apartment, so it’s a bit difficult to maneuver and rearrange things in order to facilitate the work. Not only did they do a beautiful, thorough and conscientious job, but they were very accommodating to the two of us, moving whatever needed to be moved and making us feel perfectly comfortable while they were working. The work was done in the quoted time and we are delighted with the results. We would certainly use their services again in the future and would be happy to recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone needing those services.

The price was very reasonable.

They were excellent. We have used them twice in the spring time. They were in and out in about an hour. They did a great job. They were very pleasant.

Excellent service from Constantin.  He showed up as scheduled to clean carpets in all of our apartment building hallways and stairways.  They were all quite dirty and he got them very clean.  It was a big job with lots and lots of stairs.  Very pleased and will use him again for sure.  The only draw back for me was that he should be carrying Workers Comp insurance coverage even as a sole proprietor; He only has Liability Insurance.  If you need a contractor with Workers Comp coverage, double check with him before and work the coverage into the price.

Great job.  Constantin was very responsive, made an appointment within a few days of my call, came on time.  He immediately recognized that these rugs needed special care because of the natural dyes used in their weaving and because they had not been cleaned for some time.    He explained exactly how he would clean them in order to preserve the colors, and called back within the expected time to set up the delivery time.  He gave us a fair price given the fact that he had to wash these by hand rather than running them through a machine.
The rugs look beautiful!  Constantin explained that he cleaned a couple of them twice to really get them clean.  None of the colors ran (unlike our experience with another rug cleaning company a few years ago).  We were delighted - in fact, we promptly gave him another small kilim rug to take away to be cleaned.  We will definitely get these rugs cleaned more often and turn to Constantin when we do!

Constantin did a great job. The rugs look beautiful! This is the second time he has cleaned rugs for me, and I was very pleased both times. He picked up and delivered at the agreed upon time. He also obtained four rug pads for me at his cost and cut them to size in place.

My mom recommended this cleaner. 
We've never had our carpets done, but glad we did......especially after having two babies.  He was able to get some crazy stains out :)  and the place smelled a lot better.  I included the types of carpets he did in case that makes a difference to anyone.
Nice guy.  Said he also has a toddler and knows the tricks with kid messes. 
He was only in our place for about an hour.  Got right down to work and brought all his own supplies.

These is second time we use Constantine for our cleaning services, like last time he did a great job, very professional and punctual. Our upholstery these time we had an accident before he came over, my son did some arts and craft on it. Constantine was able to restore the sofa and now looks great again. We already recommend him to our friends. They are very happy with his services too.

I was very impressed with the work. We had new bamboo floors installed in nearby hallway and the carpeting wasn't protected . There were bad stains on the carpet from this installation. There is also a lot of construction in the area and the dust and dirt settled on the carpet.
Constantin moved the furniture, didn't just clean around it. The carpeting looks brand new. He did a fantastic job. The price was exactly what was estimated.
I will be using him again to clean our sofas, chairs and also the carpeting.

I called Pro carpet service Wednesday and schedule an estimate for Friday morning. Constantin was on time and provide me with a detail estimate. I called my husband and we decided to do it right a way. What I want to tell you the amount of work cleaning my dirty couches put in was incredible. He brushed the pillows removed all the stains and leave my sofa smell fresh and clean. I forgot how colorful my rug used to look. After finishing cleaning the rug he showed me the water witch was unbelievable dirty almost like oil looking and when you thing your kid is playing on that rug. He did the fringes and they look great. After finishing the job Constantin gave me some tips how to maintain the sofa and my rug clean.
