I have owned my home for over 20 years, and dealt with not only a few roofers, but a whole host of contractors. Joe, his son and the entire team are the most attentive group of them all. They did excellent work at a reasonable price. Most impressively they responded to numerous follow-up questions and requests with patience as well as attentiveness. In short this company features high-quality people.

Joe is one of the most pleasant and knowledgeable men I have ever met. I have been in the real estate business for over 31 years, during that time a lot of roofing problems arose. I didn't have a permanent roofer because I couldn't trust the companies to do good work. This is the second time I have used Primo Roofing, and both times I had a ponding problem (water on my roof would not drain off). Joe repaired my roof in both situations and the problem no longer exists. I now have a permanent roofer.

I found Joe (the owner of Primo Roofing) from my former Real Estate Agent. I was looking to have my roof re-sealed per the instructions I got from the contractor who installed the roof prior to my purchase of my first home. Joe discovered that the contractor installed the roof wrong and didn't bleed many of the seams together making my roof likely to leak any time now. He offered to fix everything that the guy did wrong, silver coat it and guarantee the work for 10 years for a really great price compared to the other 4 quotes I received for the same package. He was very friendly and competed the job the following day. I would totally recommend him and his company to everyone!

Over the years we hired many roofers, some went out of business and other did a terrible job. Joe and his workers from Primo Roofing did a tremendous job restoring our roof with a new skylight replacement at a reasonable cost. We are thrilled and are happy to have Primo as our roofer. Joe is experienced and professional and a gentleman! The workmanship is excellent and they have cleaned up our backyard, making it look better than before they arrived.
