I still see them for the same laser. It was good. The price is part of my package to continue. They always get my appointments on time and they are nice and friendly.

I had my initial consult in summer of 2015. I paid for a third of my treatment ($1000) up front and then agreed to ten monthly payments of approximately $210/month. The Columbia, SC location (along with many other national locations) abruptly closed their doors on Oct. 16, 2015. Also, the parent company, Turkey Lake, LLC, filed for Chapter 11 on 10/20/15. They gave no prior warning to staff nor clients. Their solution for continuing treatments was to schedule with the location in Greenville, SC which is close to 100 miles away. This is not a feasible option. They are currently offering no sort of refund for services they were unable to perform since closing at the Columbia, SC location to me. I have had to dispute chaarges with my credit card company. This has cause a major amount of stress and a huge loss of money. The time between my last treatment has reached beyond the 8 week mark and now all prior treatments have become wasted. I would never recommend this company to anyone to work for or to use their services. They practice unethical business practices and will more than likely be facing a class action lawsuit, soon.
The first three treatments were fine, but it's a process that takes at least eight treatments to truly make it a worthwhile investment. Since I can't get to Knoxville and back seven more times, I won't be able to finish with Premier.
At my initial consult, I was lead to believe that after the allotted 8 treatments I would be hair-free. Eight treatments came & went and I was not, but they didn't say anything about me being at the end of my treatment contract so I kept coming back for additional appointments, figuring that for some people it takes longer than 8 treatments and they allow you to receive as many treatments as needed until all the hair is gone. Then a couple weeks ago I get a phone call that they were "auditing their charts" and found that I was not only beyond my allotted 8 treatments but also at the end of my 4 additional treatments that are the extent of the "2-year guarantee." A "guarantee" which, as it turns out, does not actually guarantee any results. Nor does it fully cover a period of 2 years, but only allows you a maximum of 4 additional treatments within a two-year period. I will say that the treatments did a decent job on my underarms and brazilian. Most of the hair is gone in those areas, but not nearly all. Probably about 80%. The first half of my treatment process saw very rapid hair loss in these areas, and then it slowed down to a near standstill. On my legs, it has been entirely ineffective. After my first few treatments, there was some amount of hair loss on my legs, but after a few more months all the hair returned (though thinner and lighter). On top of the thousands of dollars I've already paid, now they want me to pay for any additional treatments I might schedule to try to eradicate the hair that still remains. If 12 treatments didn't complete the process, why should I believe that any additional treatments are going to do a thing? How can I know that they aren't using a lower power laser than they should to slow down the process and force me to come back again and again? I consulted my dermatologist and she said that 12 treatments should have been more than enough to achieve complete hair loss. If you're going to be investing this gross amount of money anyway, I would suggest paying the extra to have it done at a dermatologist's office where you can trust that they're certified and know what they are doing. I regret not doing that from the start, but at the time I did not realize that laser hair removal services were offered at dermatology offices...I thought they were only available though these dedicated "laser spa" sorts of places, but I've learned that these places can't be trusted. Especially when their "guarantee" is a flat-out lie.
Premier Laser is very god at answering all questions and concerns throughout entire time of treatment. I always feel comfortable at all of my treatments. Since the laser hair process takes many treatments throughout the year, they were very accommodating to my schedule and worked with me numerous times to make it work when I needed to reschedule appts.

My technician Angela was very helpful. Unfortunately, my initial evaluation was not very helpful in determining that i had a lot of gray that does not respond to treatments. It works great on dark hair.

After hearing ads for laser hair removal on the radio, I finally decided to check out two different companies. We decided to go with premier mostly because the cost was lower and they had a better guarantee. Signing up for their payment plan was a bit of a pain because we were told we could use our credit card for installments, but apparently not, though that's not a HUGE deal - we just really like to try and earn miles through our card. The other issue would be that it DOES hurt more than anticipated. Luckily, just like childbirth, you forget the pain before going back in for your next session, it only takes me about 30 min to do all three areas and - the best thing - IT WORKS. I'm a little more than halfway through my sessions and it's made such a huge difference, it's ridiculous. I used to shave my underarms but would have a 5 o'clock shadow two hours later, and the wait for it to grow back in to wax was just a pain. I used to get Brazilian waxes but hated how, even after years of waxing and things, I would get bumps and skin discoloration and just other bits that just made it annoying. Because of the deal they had at the time, I had a free area so I decided to throw in my lower legs just because I could. It's very nice to not have to worry about my legs, amazing to have such clean underarms every day (because yes, halfway through and I almost never need to shave my underarms), and phenomenal to have such a clean bikini area. Not cheap but so worth every penny thus far. I am very hopeful that I won't need those post session touch ups!
I had great results with my legs and I wish I would have tried them first. I went to another provider before and had poor results.

I've only had 2 treatments, and can already tell a difference. Michelle, as well as the rest of the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and understanding. Great prices, great results! Well worth the money. I've always wanted to do this, and am so glad a place like this exists, that doesn't charge you an arm and a leg.
Better than I had expected! The hair was completely gone on my underarms in only a few treatments! Regrowth was slow and much less with each treatment in the other areas. Well worth the money.
