They resolved the minor issue that I overlooked very quickly. Then could have really impressed me by offering to review and refine the system. I requested and it was accomplished in a few minutes. It was just necessary to ask!

Price was fair - installation was as promised and timely. Everything works well and the few minor things I asked for they did easily. The one thing that gave me a little pause was that when they went to purchase one piece of equipment, it wasn’t there so they bought a more expensive one and at the end increased the final payment. I think it would be better to get prior approval. I’m the least happy with that part of the install too. I think I would have cut it from the project if I had been given the choice.

Very professional and did an excellent job. The technicians were very knowledable and addressed issues other companies didn't. They mounted my 65" TV and ran necessary wires in wall to components. The install was easy and seamless with Premier Home Advancement. I would highly recommend!
