I had a bad experience with another business with the initials SC, but Dennis restored my faith in small business pros. His price was as quoted and he didn't try to raise it after the work was done. So here I go when you starting into business you take proud in your work , but some people start and then hire others ( who have no investment interest other than a pay check. Dennis did an excellent job cleaning the carpet and fabric furniture in a house I just bought which came with good Lazboy furniture that likely hadn’t been cleaned in 20 years. My carpets are clean and the furniture looks great! I would hire Dennis again. He’s very knowledgeable about cleaning and has been in the business for 20 plus years. He also does rugs and high end restoration cleaning jobs. Give his business a try if you’re looking for an excellent cleaner. He is a nice personable guy as well. Especially appreciated his special door fixture so not all the air conditioning left the house while he was cleaning!

Yes! I had pet urine spots on the carpet and area rugs. He explained the cleaning procedure and took the area rugs returning it the next day. It’s usually 1-2 weeks return for my area rugs. The carpet looks cleaner and I don’t smell an odor and they are drier.

Dennis arrived on time, which is always appreciated. He asked what we wanted done, which was to clean carpets, tile floor, and one recliner chair. He took care to ensure that each tile was actually cleaned, resulting in colors that pop as if they were new. Similarly, carpets were meticulously cleaned, including some very dirty areas. While not inexpensive, it was a very fair price considering the results. We'll have him back on a regular basis to keep the floors looking clean as they do now.

Dennis came out to do a move out cleaning on our carpet in Sahuarita, he did a fantastic job getting the dirt and stains out. Excellent service, immediate response and friendly explanations .Dennis is the owner, operator and “cleaner”. He does all aspects of if his business professionally and skillfully . I had several area rugs and a bedroom carpet cleaned and protected. Dennis checked in with me throughout the process to assure my satisfaction . My rugs and carpets look great He also moved some heavy furniture I can definitely recommend this business.

Dennis came out to give me an estimate for carpet cleaning and I found out that he could also do the Satillo tile as well. He spent about an hour explaining how he would clean and answered my questions. Came out the next day to complete the work and even returned the next day to work on one of the dirtier spots on the carpet. Overall everything turned out great, I would recommend Dennis to anyone looking for carpet or tile cleaning.

Ventana Canyon, Tucson, AZ ....Dennis did an absolutely amazing job of cleaning our upholstery and on site cleaning of our rugs. He also cleaned our leather chairs. He was prompt, extremely professional and efficient. It is rare these days to find someone who takes so much pride in their work. He is incredible and is work ethic is what every customer wants. Cant say enough about this experience and if I could I would give him 10stars and he earned each one. I contacted Dennis at Elite Platinum Steam Cleaning about cleaning a large couch that has been in storage for quite some time. I was hoping to be able to get it professionally cleaned as soon as possible. He responded quickly and was able to get me scheduled in just a couple of days.
