Everything about this experience was phenomenal! They have experienced techs with a wealth of knowledge. They made every accommodation that I requested. Every dime was well invested.

Had an appointment and no one showed up. Waited all day for person and no communication at all. Called ?many? times over 3 days and no one will answer. Voice mailbox is Full so you can?t leave a message. Even left an email, still no response. This company is not customer focused. Do Not Use this company!!

I am a business owner who has multiple properties and in my career I have worked with many companies. PL2S has been the most professional company I have dealt with. Very professional, prompt, responsive, and knowledgeable. I will definitely be using for my next repair.

No!!! Do not hire. BEWARE. This company was assigned from my warranty on my 3 year old washer. Had to wait 8 days before they would come out. Day of arrival NO SHOW. I missed work to be here as agreed 11am-3pm. At 3:30pm I called and was told an employee had a family emergency. I called them they did not notify me via text, email or phone. I fully understood and was told someone would arrive the next day same time frame for sure. I do know unforeseen events happen. Next day, took off work and AGAIN A NO SHOW, NO CALL, TEXT, EMAIL. At 6pm, now 3 hrs late I called PL2S. No answer, left voicemail. 3 times. Called my warranty company and requested a new company be assigned. While on the phone they also tried calling, this time no answer and unable to leave a voicemail. PL2S had called their system 1 hr before and changed it to the next day without notifying me. I can?t gamble another NO SHOW financially. Even if I could honor, respect and INTEGRITY is completely lacking from this co.

GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH THE SERVICE IT WAS DONE ON A TIMELY MATTER AND FILTERS THE PEOPLE THAT WILL ACTUALLY GO TO YOUR HOME SO GETTING SOMEBODY

The guy was so rude and he constantly made smart remarks to every question that I asked him, it made me feel so small, he talked about God and in the same breath he used such profane language complaining about his wife and children..

Mr. Long was very professional, and considerate of where I wanted my cameras set up. He went above and beyond to ensure that everything worked properly. Great work, and job well done.

I am normally skeptical about surveillance companies. I have not always had great customer service. I feel that once the product is installed, you no longer matter to the company. However, that was not the case with PL2S. Not only are they knowledgeable, but the finished product, the clarity, and customer service stands above the rest.
