We agree that we had contracted with you for full roof replacement on 01/17/2017 (documentation you also provided to HA). Upon review of this project through the Hillsborough County Building Services website, we had found a permit (ROF22546) was pulled for the project and required inspection Re-Roof Start Notification (#675) was approved 01/24/2017. The final inspection(#680), meaning the roof/project was fully completed, was scheduled and approved on 01/31/2017. You stated that this "took 3 times longer than quoted" which is incorrect. Also stating that "we had to threaten in order to get the job completed" is a statement that I would question the integrity of. Personally, my office team and I have reached out several times and leaving messages, after this review from a project in 2017 randomly posted (4/15/21) and no reply from yourself. We pride ourselves in our work and integrity, if there is an issue please contact us, so that we may resolve this amicably, but your roof project was completed within a reasonable timeline.
