Deceptive Pricing: I cannot recommend this carpet cleaning service based on my recent experience. What started as a straightforward $149 quote for cleaning my 700 square foot basement turned into a frustrating case of deceptive pricing. The initial quote seemed reasonable and competitive. However, when the technician arrived, the situation changed dramatically. Despite providing accurate measurements upfront, the technician claimed my basement was "larger than expected" and constituted "three rooms." He then began itemizing additional charges for individual stains and pushed unnecessary add-ons like deodorizer treatments. The final bill was nearly double the original quote. This felt particularly unfair since stain removal and freshening are fundamental aspects of carpet cleaning - not optional extras that should command premium pricing after the fact. I love oxymagic carpet cleaning. They do very good work . My carpets cleaned recently and the carpets were so dirty and so disgusting. This technician named Zack did a great job. And give me good Is recommendations on how to maintain my carpet. I'll definitely be telling my friends and family about this company. 5 stars all the way.

Zack arrived early and described the process and add ons. He did a great job and made sure to leave the sofa cushions and couches under the fan so they could dry faster. He had good recommendations for maintaining the carpet and sofas.

Kevin and the Zack the technician did a fantastic job getting impossible black stains out of a light blue carpet. Kevin made sure he double checked the severely. Kevin reinterated that we should call back in a couple of months so he can check the carpet again. I'm highly satisfied with there service and carpet cleaning

They were running a little late but rescheduled for an hour or two later and threw in the deodorizer for free. Everyone was very pleasant in our personal interactions.

I am so very pleased with the results. I had some serious stains in my carpet (blood,coffee and pet urine). My carpet looks fabulous. They also did my vinyl floor and it looks great. I would definitely hire them again.
