Have you ever heard the phrase "a hop, skip and a jump." That's how our work was completed. Technicians were 45 minutes late, arrived in a vehicle with no company logo or any identifiable means, lied to our face about cleaning certain areas, then had the nerve to become angry when notified, became condescending when asked to do the work over in certain areas. After all of this, one of the technicians disappeared and we assumed went to sit in the car again. Also, we believe one of the so-called technicians ripped out our front screen door from it's frame. I will exp!ain, earlier one of your technicians was able to keep the front screen door open by sliding a metal piece on a bar when they arrived, this allowed this door to remain open while they bring their equipment in. The door WILL NOT close when this mechanism is in place. We wondered why said technicians did not set the latch back and close this screen door when they departed since they opened it. It was left wide open, we found out why. When my 81 year old mother went out the front door to request a receipt your technicians were already in the car departing, they yelled that the receipt would be emailed, as she turned to come back in the home she tried to close her screen door by sliding the latch back, the latch would not budge and the whole screen fell out of the frame on top of her with a touch. The only action that would cause this to happen is if someone had tried to close the door with so much force with the latch in place that the screen was ripped from it's frame. Since my mother or I don't have this kind of strength we have to assume that it was one of your technicians that tried to forceab!y close this door. The fact that your technicians were in the car leaving with the front screen door wide open leads us to believe they already knew about the damage. If we had actually saw this done you would be hearing from our lawyer instead of receiving a bad review. Would we recommend Oxifresh? NOOOOO

Gary was magnificent. I like he explained the difference in new technology versus the old with the chemicals used to the drying technique. It dried so quick I was able to put my area rugs back in place. I'm a stickler when it comes to fresh scents and deodorizers and the carpet had a fresh smell upon completion. I would use Oxi Fresh again and recommend them to others.

Their employee, showed up on time, 10 AM, but appeared to have a breathing problem of sorts. I showed him the areas that needed to be serviced and he assessed them. Shortly after he struck up an awk and terribly long conversation. In that conversation, learned about his brother and 3 marriages, his former jobs, 2 other previous cleaning jobs he had completed (pictures included), that his father was prior military, how cancer took 2 of his family members, that he is from North Carolina and how he got scars on his fore arms ALL before he even started working. He finished 1 master bedroom, 1 living room, 1 bedroom, 16 stairs, 1 large chair with an ottoman and I was paying the bill at 11:50. I thought to myself, there is no way everything is done that quick. As I walked Mr. King to the door he was telling me about a spot on the carpet that he could not get out in the bedroom and that the nature oil in the skin of our feet along with our shoes going up and down the stairs is the reason why the dirt won't ever come out of the stairs (all excuses as to why the job was not done right). I was skeptical of this company but since its own by an active duty Navy Sailor I gave it a shot, seeing that my wife and I are retired Navy. I mentioned that to the call center and they told me they have military discount. So I mentioned that to Mr. King but NO discount was given! The stairs, chair, ottoman and 1 bedroom looked as if they had hardly been touched. The other 2 rooms I could tell an attempt was made to clean the carpets. After I showed Mr. King to the door I pulled out my Bissell carpet cleaner and completed all the jobs myself (seemed that if no dirt or grime was removed by Oxi Fresh). I removed the spot that Mr. King said he could not, I also removed the dirt from the stairs he claimed would never come out. This was a horrible experience! I DO NOT and WILL NOT recommend this company to anyone at all! I expected higher standards from a company owned by a fellow Sailor. I definitely will NOT be a repeat customer! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!
