These guys are superb professionals who work fast and securely. They do not try to sell you something you do not need I will be a repeat customer. I used to be a systems analysts many years ago, and do am always a bit wary about giving my computer to someone else. Chris and Fred are trustworthy, calming, and technically up-to-date.

Computer Repair, Troubleshooting or Upgrades - For Business
I am an owner of a full service industrial engineering firm the last 39 years. Fred and Chris took on an absolute mess with my Microsoft Business 365 package in which my Outlook Email and Teams quite functioning. I attempted to get the Microsoft system corrected with an other IT consultant and the Microsoft consultant which changed our company email from Go Daddy to the 365 Business standard with a Teams license which they attempted to do over several difficult months! ITDefenses worked day and night for over a week to take on and get to the bottom of the issue that prevented my 365 from working. It was a problem very rarely ever seen by Microsoft which related to the company domain which was left over in the Go Daddy account. Fred and Chris took a business nightmare that literally kept me up at nights and got us back running again. I and all my clients thank ITDefenses with Chris & Fred's endless devotion to bring success to the table.

Chris and Fred are very professional and knowledgeable. I had a huge issue and I had my computer back the next day. They let you know what your problem is, what it will take to fix it, and what your options are. They are also very patient, explaining things more than once if needed. Professionalism at it's best. Chris arrived on time, prepared to do the work, and COVID ready. I found Chris to be very knowledgable. He's organized, geat attitude and customer service. My computer was shot however, on the day of the scheduled visit, I had a fully functional computer- I even have sound now. I will maintain my relationship with ITDefenses. They're going to help me properly maintain my computer. I find them highly capable of doing so.
