Bernardo is truly the best to work with for rug cleaning!! He is so helpful and professional. He and his team came into the house and took care of everything from folding the rugs, carrying them to the car and upon delivery did the exact same thing. Cleaning time was quick. He handled pet and child stains and repairs with no hesitation! His service is exceptional!!! Thank you Ohio Rug Cleaning and Repair!!!

Bernardo provided excellent service! He listened to my requirements and then fully met them. The rugs came back clean and resized. As part of his service, he picked them up and once clean and recut replaced one of the rugs in a different room and helped me ship another to Florida. He is a delight to work with. I highly recommend.

We highly recommend Bernardo! He saved our favorite family rug! It had unknowingly fallen out of the back of our vehicle and was thrown into the bottom of a grocery store dumpster. Parts of it sat in black oil/ grease that proved impossible to get out. So Bernardo rethreaded the stained areas and did an incredible job! Better than I thought possible, I can barely tell where the repaired areas are. He's truly a master of his craft and was so wonderful to work with! He was helpful in arranging shipping, gave me updates throughout the process, gave it a good cleaning, and was fairly priced. We couldn't be happier with how our rug turned out! Thankful to have found his business!
