I had a leak. They completed the inspection and was able to help me remove the old roof and installed a new roof. very professional, worked in a timely manner and did an excellent job. At last minute I asked to add a skylight and they got it done.

They did not start when they said they would, which cost me $350.00 in business income. They got measurements wrong so we were constantly running back and forth to the store returning and exchanging materials. One of the tmanagers offered to go pick things up for me but then added paint and other things that I did not know about until they were brought in the next day. So, we ended up paying for the paint, grout, bathroom tile, fixtures, mirror, vanity... After they did the full gut of the bathroom, I was informed that replacing the dry wall in the bathroom except the shower stall would be $10k extra. I hired them to specifically replace the drywall because of a longstanding leak. 45 days later it is done, the walls need sanding, spackling and repainting, the glass shower door looks like a barn door. Their office called yesterday as they were finishing up and asked when we would like to start the project. So, yeah. Find another company, if I had it to do over, I would Update 12/15/2025 --Two days after I added the first review, there was water dripping from the newly installed vent. I called the project manager, who told me that it was "just a little drip, what was my problem?" He agreed to send someone out on Monday as it was Friday evening. At 6:15 pm two workers showed up at my door and said that they had been told to fix the problem. Come to find out they had forgotten to connect the fan to the electrical outlet or vent it to the outside, hence the water dripping from the vent and the rust from the nails. So at 7 pm I have two men, in the dark, on my roof with a saws-all punching a hole in my roof and ceiling. After that I hired an independent home inspector to look at the whole job. He found 14 code violations. They had told me that they did not have to pull a permit to do the job. I called their main number and told them what I found. On 12/11, two of their employees showed up to "evaluate" the situation. They tried to convince me
