Concrete Injection Leveling Mudjacking

Even after you paid a deposit these people will not return calls or emails. Probably the most unprofessional company I have dealt with. First off there is Ray X. Ray apparently takes week long vacations and does not set an out of office email reply. You would think if you call the people in the office to ask for help, they would say Ray is on vacation this week instead of He will call you back right away! The entire office seemed to not know he was on vacation, which is a huge problem because Ray is the only person who can actually make or edit a quote. Next up is Monica X. Monica also goes on vacations and does not set her email to reply informing people she is out of the office. When you call the office because Monica will not return your calls or emails, they seem not to know she is on vacation and will tell you she will call you back right away which will not happen. When you finally get Monica on the phone and ask is she got your voicemail, she will admit she does not check her voicemail. This is a huge problem because Monica is apparently the only person qualified to add a date to a calendar. You might think I am one of those customers that calls a lot and has a bunch of concerns... All I was trying to do was set a date for the job after paying my deposit. I had no questions or concerns. After we made a date I got a call the night before that they needed to cancel and my appoint was bumped a few more weeks. Finally a worker shows up about an hour late on the 2nd date and they brought a huge truck that was too wide to get into a driveway (Even though a 20ft shipping container got through there fine) making the job impossible. They said they would come at 7:30am the next day with the much smaller Van to do the job. At 7:50 I get a call from Monica. She says I think they were supposed to be there at 7:45? I correct her, and then she apologizes for them running late but they are on their way from Fairfield (20 minutes away.) 1 hour later I try to call Monica but she does not pick up and her voicemail box is full. Another half hour passes and I call again, no answer. Another half hour, no answer. Finally I call the office again and they are all in a big meeting. When I comment on Monica voicemail box being full they actually try to tell me that it must have filled up entirely within the timeframe of the meeting because of course she checks her voicemail. I never hear from Monica or Ray again, because they cannot be bothered. The worker arrives alone over 3 hours late and admits that he was told to go to another job first despite my job being weeks behind schedule, and the idea that he was on his way at 7:50 was a complete lie. Monica is a liar. Around the time the worker finally arrives I get a call back from the office. I had asked her earlier to go into the meeting and get me answers, and that I would like to speak to the owner or someone above these other clowns. She was calling to let me know the owner would be calling me in a couple minutes. 4 hours later as the job was getting complete I bring this up to the worker because I never received the call. He said he will bring it up to management and he will get him to give me a call (worker was some sort of manager apparently.) Guess what? He never called. They just sent the bill for the remaining balance of $6000 with no apologies.

"Mr. U, we are sorry to hear of the inconvenience you experienced. With today environment and staffing limitations, we understand our employees work hard and can be overwhelmed at times. We encourage them to take care of themselves physically and mentally as needed, taking vacations or taking time to recover from illnesses. However, moving forward we will be sure to send staff schedules out as well as reminders to set forwarding or "out of office" automated responses when employees are unable to check messages. As for scheduling, unfortunately, as is common in many industries like construction nowadays, issues arose that pushed back completing projects as planned. We do apologize for needing to reschedule. The original crew was being cautious to not cause any damage to your newly installed fence or the company's new box truck. When rescheduled for the next day with the smaller work van, a manager was assigned to come out. Unfortunately, a mechanical issue arose and he was redirected to repair a tool required by another crew which took longer than expected. We do apologize for these unexpected delays or any miscommunication that occurred. We do understand that the manager assigned was able to complete the job that day despite the delay and billing was processed as is common practice once a job is finished. If you would like to address any issues, please feel free to contact us at our main number, 925-521-8151 so that you can be directed to the appropriate person."

The person who sold the job to me came to the house, took the elevation throughout the house. It coincided with the measurements others took. The crew that worked on the job would come pretty late in the day and would only work a couple of hours, which all in all required at least 3 or 4 visits to complete the job. The first crew collected the first installment to get the project started, and the 2nd crew collected the remaining balance. After that, they simply left. No one measured after the job was done to confirm the job was done to specifications. This left me feeling like the job was not finished.

Company was unsuccessful. Would not guarantee their work thus too risky for home owner as you will have to pay for the service rendered even if unsuccessful. Recommended for leveling side walks. Staff were pleasant. However, I did like their staff and they were timely on appointments and did give it a good effort.

Daniel S. had a proposal to me the same day he came out to look at my foundation. He was always available to answer all of my questions. David H. led a hard working crew of 5 that installed 8 foundation piers in 2 days. Gary T. supervised the project with his expertise. Excellent work and service.
