We had a leak in our roof and asked a neighbor for a referral. She suggested Jason from Nicko. He was able to come out same day and diagnosed the problem. He fixed the problem right then! He is a friendly guy and explained to the problem thoroughly to us. We would recommend him to anyone!

He showed up within the one hour appointment window he had given me, took care of the repair right away and did it all with a smile. These guys really understand customer service! Before finding Jason I had contacted numerous other contractors who didn't return my messages and one guy didn't even show up for the appt. he'd made. Additionally, I have a speech impediment which makes talking on the phone difficult and Jason was very patient with my speech as we squared away the appointment details.

Jason did a great job!! Jason was doing some siding repair and noticed that my garage header trim work was rotting. Jason noticed that there was no drip plate attached to the siding and the water ran behind the siding and that made the wood rot. Jason could of just sided over the rot and I wouldn't have known, but he called and send me the pictures so I could see what happened. He saved me money in the long run. I would recommend Jason.

Jason called as soon as I hit the submit button on ServiceMagic.com. He was friendly and gave me a rough estimate of what the total cost of my project would be. He then came to my house the very next day. Unfortunately, he didn't have a tall enough ladder for the project at hand, but came back a couple of days later and even knocked off a few bucks from the agreed upon price.
