Shane was very patient and knowledgeable about the cable wiring in my home. I had quite a few hiccups with comcast and he waited with me while i was on the phone with them solving the issue. He and his helper Fabian were very professional in their service.

He arrived past my appointment time however he did call to let me know he was running late. The project was a bit difficult but Shane was able to figure out a way to get the job done that I wouldn’t have been able to do on my own. I would recommend Shane for anyone with a similar project

Shane helped my brother and I connect his new TV to his Blu-ray DVD, headphones, etc... Shane was prompt, knowledgeable, reasonably priced and a very patient nice person. I would recommend his company.

I spoke with Shane regarding setting up video cameras at our house on a Saturday afternoon. He stopped by our house the next day and we discussed different options and the best places to mount the cameras. We agreed on the Ring brand surveillance system that he installed the following Wednesday. He took the time to explain how they work and answered all of our questions. We would definitely recommended Hey Smart Tech.
