Terrible experience.  We signed a contract for Henry to replace our roof. He did not do any of the things on the contract. His fix actually made our problem worse, and we need to get it fixed again. Henry is refusing to respond to any communications and is not honoring the warranty.

Addressed every issue asked about.

Had a small portion of the roof that needed repair prior to a potential incoming rain storm. Henry assisted me within a day and had it repaired by the afternoon. He also let me know how the problem occurred with detailed pictures and the appropriate measures to avoid a future issue.

They were on time and finished the entire project in one day.

Henry, came on time did a professional job in a timely manner with complete clean up of surrounding area. All for a fair price.

Henry Dorval was very professional, EXTREMELY courteous, honest and did a nice job. We needed a roof inspection to put our house up for sale. Henry came promptly, gave me an honest suggestion and competitive price. Unlike other roofers who make you feel like they are doing you a favor by returning your call, Henry was very prompt. I hired him, he arrived with Manny (another very nice gentleman) and finished the entire job in less than a day. I would definitely hire, and refer them. Good, honest people.....and without the attitude of other rude roofers in the area.

Knowledgeable and courteous

New Vision was out to repair roof. However, after a rain, the leak was still there. New Vision never return to repair the roof. Had to contact another roofing company. Worker was polite and on time.

I am so pleased that I hire Mr. Henry Dorval for my project. He is extremely professional, courteous and honest with his work/interaction/quote. He gave me the most reasonable quotes from all the roofers I talked to with NO PRESSURE TO HIRE HIM. He and his crew arrived on time and finished replacing my entire roof within that day. I hired Henry and he and is crew did a wonderful job with the roof. They were on time and had a good reasonable price. We had no issues at all. The after pictures looked great. I cant wait to see how this winter does with it.
