I called Jason in a panic as our water main was leaking thousands of gallons of water for quite awhile and we did not know. He immediately sent Andrew to assess and confirmed it was. They came out on Memorial Day and worked from 7am til 6pm tirelessly to get it all dug and fixed in one day. Herculean effort! They dug 45 feet in length. They are so passionate about what they do and so compassionate too! They did an excellent and thorough job explaining and advising every step of the way. They are the nicest people with very fair and competitive prices and superior quality customer service. Their professionalism and attention to detail and follow through did not go unnoticed. We will only be working with them going forward for all plumbing needs. So very knowledgeable and gracious. I would give them 20 stars not 5 and a big hug for being so wonderful to us!!

I called NPA because of low water pressure in my house and Andrew came over within 1 hour. He was very courteous and helpful - answered all my questions. To my surprise, he went right straight to the problem! It was my water softener, which my husband actually suspected but would rather have a licensed plumber to diagnose the problem. I was not charged anything for turning off the water softener. Others charge $69 just to come out and diagnose. I will definitely use them again if I have plumbing problems,

Very happy with the service, punctuality, and professionalism. Jason was not only on time but early. He did a full survey of our property and identified the problem immediately. Turns out it was something our landscapers could easily repair and there was no charge for the service. What an upstanding company. Will always use them in the future.

Very neat and pleasant

My water softener went out yesterday, This morning I looked for a repairman on homeadvisor,com. Within 10 minutes. Jason from Nevada Plumbing Authority called and we made an appointment for this afternoon to have a serviceman look at my softener. About 15 minutes later he called back and said they just had a cancellation and were available if it was convenient for me. Andrew can right out. After checking my unit, he left to pick up the new one that I selected. He came back with the needed parts and brought Gage to help with the installation. They left an hour later, taking all of the garbage and old softener with them. They were quick, efficient and left my storeroom neat and clean. I would certainly use them again if I have another plumbing problem. Don H. North Las Vegas

My Hot Water heater went out on a Sunday afternoon. I called Jason and after giving him the serial numbers off the water heater he told me it may still be under warranty and he would make a call to find out. Five minutes later he called me back to let me know it was under warranty and he could come out first thing in the morning to replace it. He gave me a quote for the labor and I told him I would let him know by early the next morning. He also spent 30 minutes on the phone with me giving me free advice about other plumbing issues I was having. I called about ten other plumbers and nearly all of them were more money and had extra fees involved. I ended up calling Jason back that evening and told him he could come by first thing in the morning and do the job. He showed up with his son and another plumber exactly at 8am as promised and got right to it. They finished the job which was a 75 gallon water heater swap in about four hours. Everything works perfectly, he charged me the exact quote from over the phone and left my garage much cleaner than when they started. I wouldnâ t hesitate to recommend them because I truly believe this family owned company is honest, professional and will do a great quality job. They truly stand out as honest professionals in a profession that is flooded with here today gone tomorrow type scammers that seem to be everywhere in Las Vegas.
