We recently had Adolfo from Nevada Disaster Relief come out for indoor air quality testing, and the experience was great! From start to finish, Adolfo was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. Excellent customer service, very responsive.. We're still in the process of evaluating what might need to be done, but Adolfo left clear instructions for what I need to do to prepare for final inspection. If, as I suspect, there is a problem with the air quality in our home, I won't hesitate to hire them.

I did not hire NV Restoration yet, I only had them come out for a free estimate. They were on time, even a few early, very customer service oriented. Very polite. Seemed to know their stuff and they are willing to work with me since I'm on a fixed income. I cannot hire them until I come up with the money, which hopefully will be soon.
