I recently hired Mr. Barrington for a home inspection, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, they were professional, punctual, and incredibly thorough. They took the time to explain every step of the process and answered all of my questions with patience and clarity.

We worked with Barrington from Aggie Property Inspections to inspect two homes for us, and we highly recommend him! The first home we had an offer on turned out to be rife with issues, and Barrington did a fantastic job of making sure he checked through every part of the property thoroughly, and present what he found to us and ensured we understood the ramifications of the issues. We ended up backing out of that property, and put in another offer on a different home, and had Barrington come out to inspect it. He demonstrated the same professionalism and thoroughness as he did with our first inspection, and ensured nothing was missed. We greatly appreciate his attention to detail and professionalism, and definitely recommend Barrington and Aggie Property Inspections to anyone in the area looking to purchase a home!

Barry is very thorough and detail! I was a bit skeptical since he was a little below the average cost for inspection, but he is the real deal. Inspector left off key issues in the report and it caused me to pay earnest not knowing the issues. Sure I could have demanded a fix prior to, but the person then told me that the issues he sent were in error and I was good to go with the report. In the walk through, I find a couple of those mentioned issues actually there. Smh...too far gone and it hurts. I would not recommend

"Mr. K your statement is inaccurate. As I remember the house your were purchasing was only 5 years old. The previous owner was very meticulous and kept a very clean house. I had inspected three houses on the day I inspected yours. The information I texted you was the wrong property; however the report was one hundred percent accurate. The text was sent in error as it was the wrong property in an attempt to let you know my findings. A report normally takes 2 hours to construct, so the report was very accurate. Please don't confuse the text with the FINAL report. The previous owner nearly had a couple of blemishes on the carpet. Your property was move in ready with very little deficiencies. Of all the reviews posted here the review for this one is the only one that is subpar. Respectfully I disagree. I take pride in what I as I do not miss much."

The guy Barrington was really nice and super professional from the getgo. He did an amazing super detail inspection and report full of explanation and pictures. He worked beyond my expectations and I had many .He went all the way to the very bottom of my house to the highest part and excrutined every single inch and also used thermal camera to see any issue I highly recommend him .It worth every single penny to hire him , and by the way , he gave me the best price among the others . Barrington was very thorough in his inspection. He quickly came out to do the inspection and promptly responded to all of my questions. The software he uses gives you a very detailed description of things that could be corrected, including photos of the issue. He followed up to see what questions I had. I have referred him to all of my home buying friends and would highly recommend him to anybody.
