First visit was done quickly. The replacement needed was discussed and approved to be ordered. There was no follow-up from Multi=Service after that point. Took over three weeks with repeated calling by customer to find out whether the part had arrived. After the fourth week and another call to the company, the part was finally installed.

I paid him for the job which he failed to do. I still had to call aother reparit person to repair the machine which they did and provided a garauntee. Will not use Troy again or refer him tp anyone

Called me right away when I submitted the request, but then lost my information and never followed up to schedule an appointment (promised next day service and would call next day to schedule). Had to call. Once I called was able to get it fixed quickly and at a reasonable price.

We have a Sub-Zero Wine Cooler and it was not cooling properly. We thought we were going to have to replace the cooler which would have been very expensive. Multi-Service Network was able to diagnose the problem and fix it and the cost was reasonable - ~$150 vs $2000 to replace the cooler! The answering of phone calls on the front end could be a bit more professional but Troy was courteous and solved our problem.

Contacted service repair at 7:00 am to repair my refrigerator. They said they would call me back at 9:00 with a scheduled time. No call back at 9:30 and recalled and they said they would be out between 1 and 4. At 4:00 pm no show. Called twice before I could contact someone. Service guy showed up at 5:20 and interfered with our dinner time. They replaced the starter relay and my unit is working. The service guy was courteous and did a good job. The only problem I has was responsiveness to my inquiries and timeliness repair.

Troy made contact quickly after making appointment request. Our Tech (Bert) was great...accomodated our schedule requests and communicated well. Their pricing was reasonable...when a repair complication arose, Bert ensured there were NO SURPRISES. They saved us from having expense of replacing the appliance. initial response time was very quick, must be automated w/ the internet and click of a button. service was good. quoted service time was decent, but slight delay on actual quoted arrivval time. repair time was decent. and not knowing much about fridge repairs I assume it was reasonable.

Service was very good, technician was friendly and professional. However, he had dirty hands and left black finger prints on my frig in and out as well as the freezer. Clean hands would have made him perfect and since no one is perfect, I would recommend your service to my friends and family. Clean up those hands Troy. Great Job!

Service was performed on day quoted, the time fram was till 5 PM. We did not receive a call stating the tech would be coming but is late. Tech arrived about 5:30 and was very friendly and made the repair. Overall very pleased

Troy called me to schedule an appointment before I could even write down his number from Service Magic website. He offered to get somone out the same day, but that didn't work for me. The repair man was later than expected but he called 3 times to give me updates on when he would arrive. The repair man was very fast and I thought the price was very reasonable. I would definitely use Multi Service again.
