Michael was our technician and he was prompt and knowledgeable, fixing our wash mashing even after the LG technician had already been out. Mr. Appliance works on all appliances and I believe they offer other services— check their website for more details as I am not sure of what all this company offers, but their rates are better than many manufacturer’s technicians and their customer service is leagues better than any repair shop I’ve talked to! I totally recommend this company!

We were very impressed with Mr. Appliance of Oro Valley. Jenna was easy to talk to and very professional. I appreciated her kind explanations. I received email and text messages regarding when the appointment would be and a text just before Michael arrived. Michael has a wonderful personality and was also easy to talk to regarding the problem with our washer. He and Jenna went the extra mile to get the needed part the next day and then have Michael return the day after the part arrived to install it. We were pleased that Michael alsostayed to run the washer to confirm that everything was running properly.
