Make sure the mold inspector does ALL the tests the company asks to be done. Our report was delayed by more than a week because the inspector did not do one test. The company sent out a DIY kit for us to do the missing test. We requested it be shipped overnight but it was sent two days with no return shipping. They should have paid for return shipping as well since it was not our mistake. This was a serious hardship bc we were out if the house paying for motel rooms while the final report was delayed.

This is a company based in GA that contracts with local independent individuals to do the inspection and air samples ( I had a mold inspection and test). I was pleased with my initial call as wasn't entirely sure what kind of test and they helped me through which one to order based upon what I told them of the history of my house. Inspector was on time, explained the process. Results came quickly and were explained well. They connected me with a remediation company matching my needs.

I don't have any way to value the work. The tester seemed to know what he was doing however, in order to get results, had to pay substantially more money for further testing, Was told results would be back within 7 to 10 days. Still don't have results and it has been 14 days- can't get anyone to respond to email- can't leave a message on telephone as boxes are full. A totally frustrating experience. .

Indoor Air Quality Testing
We were told the fee was $299 for air quality testing, then when they arrive we are told that is only for one floor of the house and it will be an additional $70 to get another floor tested. NO TRUTH IN ADVERTISING HERE.
