Do not be fooled by initial experience. Once they complete the test and have your money, you are on your own. We received our test results and a generic report with no explanation. We also received a referral to another company for another test which would cost $2,500.00. I left a voicemail and email asking for an explanation of the test results with no response. I had to do my own research to determine which levels were considered low, intermediate, or high risk spore counts.

Booked MTCon 9/20 for a 9/25 for a mold inspection. Received a confirmation email confirming the 10:30am appt. 10:30am on 9/25 gets here and NO signs of MTC. Furthermore no phone call or email stating they were running late. I decide to give them a call at 11am to find out what's going on and they have no clue, although they acknowledge my 10:30am appt. I was told they would look into and give me a call back. No call back so I called them back at 12:30pm and was told they will try and get someone else out with no time frame. Unprofessional, awful customer service, and no follow up.

Keith was wonderful. He came out the next day and answered all my questions. Peter called me with the results and explained what he saw. The only thing that bothered me was he gave me a phone number of a company for me to talk to. I had not read all the report before they called me. I was not ready to discuss anything until I understood what I was dealing with. I did not go with that company.

Henry came to our house. He was very knowledgeable about mold and what to look for. He answered all my questions and was very helpful. Peter who called me with the results was very nice and answered my questions. He even called back the next day when he noticed that an email he sent me didn t go through. They gave me a lot of information to help me continue my search to get rid of my mold and poor air flow.

I thought he did a good job explaining what he did do but very disappointed they didn't explain that you had to pay a lot extra money to actually find out what kind of mold if any you had. The $199.00 fee they only looked for mold & tested the air quality. If they found any mold it cost a lot more to find out what type. He did say we had mold in our crawl space but not what kind, that cost more money. Overall good for what he did do.

They never informed me about my result. I felt like they cheated my if my money. Bad reviews, credit card company and state licensing board will be notified.

The technician was very sweet and made us feel comfortable throughout the inspection. He was very knowledgeable in mold. He helped us understand the different types of mold and the possible causes. We would highly recommend them!!

Indoor Air Quality Testing
The project was scheduled for 11/27/18 but was rescheduled for the next day. I hired them and the technician charged $846.00- this was much higher than original quote. I had to ask for a copy of the paperwork after the the payment on the charges tchnician stated the company would send me a receipt. I made a copy and stopped the payment. The technician claimed we have mold in the HVAC system yet run air quality tests with the system off even after I asked to turn it on. I have not received any results from this test. Test conducted 11/28/18. The company stated results would be back 7 - 10 business days. I have to find another company to do the air quality test in my home because my wife is ill and I cannot trust the results from this company even if I get them.

Mr Henry Smith was on time, very professional at what he does he not only expained to me what was going on he made sure he answered all of my questions and concerns talking to him about my experience in my home he understood me he was able too show me areas around the outside of my home and pin point the possibility of how and,where the problems occurred I learned a lot mist of all always have my home tested before moving in this would savee and my love ones alot of health issues pain and suffering in the future I would highly recommend the mold testing company to any and everyone who needs assistance with mold it is so worth it thanks Mr Henry Smith and the molding company
