The company appears to be affiliated with another company that sells a cleaning product. I felt they exaggerated the interpretation of the results in order to sell the product. I was very uncomfortable with their approach. I did not buy the product and took a different route.

The company was very flexible working around my schedule. The tech made sure the weather was proper to conduct the air quality test, he was very thorough at collecting the mold samples, and explained the whole process.

They lost my air sample had to do it twice I am still waiting for results they charged my card I had sent them a check after calling six time spoke to a. Clerk that sent my check she was very helpful. I. Give them a zero rating still waiting for my air results cannot do a thing until them project is on whole

Mold Testing Company was hired.October 7, 2022, with a 2-3 business day turnaround after the lab gets the samples.  10/8-confirmed date for board-certified mold inspector to take samples.  10/8-different person called later to confirm the appointment-different time.  10/10-inspection of premises.  10/11-results overnighted to the lab. (For 2 - 3 day results) and our Senior Mold Analyst (SMA) will contact you to discuss the findings and e-mail you the certified test results along with recommendations and opinions.  SUMMARY: (after several calls to get my results)  I requested my report or refund on October 19th. ($399) I left a message. For the original Environmental Coordinator I called again, spoke with a new representative (original coordinator no longer with them), and I informed the new person how long I had been waiting with no contact from Mold Test Company at all, and we are long past the 2 or 3 days needed for sample testing, and I want my report or a refund-thats it. I was assured that I would get a call back that day from an SMA and get my results back too.  October 21-Still no contact. I notified my CC company to get my money refunded ($399). Today is the 25th and still no contact or explanation for what happened at all... very unprofessional.

I thought the local inspector sent by this Georgia-based company was pleasant, professional and competent. I would give him 5 stars. The process of getting the results was quick and easy. Their reporting was clear. But I felt like the $2,000+ package of DIY remediation products they tried to sell me after giving me the report results felt too much like a profit center for them. So I don't know if I would recommend this company to others.
